(MENAFN- Morocco World News) Minister of Health El Hossein El Ouardi Rabat - Minister of Health El Hossein El Ouardi will make a visit to the health facilities in Al Hoceima on Monday, July 24, with the aim of "learning about the health conditions of the region," according to a communiqué issued by the health ministry on July 21.
"The visit will be an opportunity [for the minister] to learn about the conditions of the health facilities in the region, including the Regional Center for Ecology, which has been equipped with modern biotechnological equipment," wrote the statement.
During his visit, the minister and his delegation will be briefed on the progress made by the projects and health achievements in the region, as well as the rehabilitation and expansion of Mohammed V Hospital in Al Hoceima.
The visit will be wrapped up by a meeting with elected officials, parliamentarians, and some human rights activists in Al Hoceima.
According to the draft program of the minister's visit, issued by Tangier-Tetouan-Al Hoceima Regional Directorate of Health, Al Ouardi has scheduled a visit to Al Hoceima's Oncology center from 9:30 to 10:15 a.m.
From 10:30 to 11, the minister will be on visit to the Provincial Hospital Mohammed V in Al Hoceima, which has recently been refurbished.
The minister will then head towards the building site of the future Provincial Hospital Center in Ajdir from 11:15 to 11:45.
From 12:15 to 1:15, El Ouardi will visit the site of the Hospital of Proximity Imzouren, 20 minutes away from Al Hoceima, as well as the building site of the Urban Health Center and Imzouren's Espace Jeunes.
The minister's visit will wrap up with a meeting with the local elected representatives and parliamentarians.
