(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) BAGHDAD, July 17 (KUNA) -- Iraq announced the successful launch of an Iraqi-made missile with a warhead weighing 350 Kg of explosives and a range of 15 km on Monday.
According to a statement issued by the Ministry of Industry and Minerals in Iraq, the launch of the (Yaqeen 1) missile was attended by a number of Iraqi MPs, leaders of the armed forces and professors of several Iraqi universities.
The missile was designed and implemented by the engineering and technical staff of the General Military Industries Company. (end) ahh.kns.ss
