(MENAFN- Muscat Daily) Muscat- The sixth meeting of the Steering Committee of the Omani Cultural Heritage Programme was held at the Public Authority for Radio and Television (PART) office on Tuesday under its chairman Dr Abdullah bin Nasser al Harrasi.
The meeting discussed the programme document approved by The Research Council.
The meeting also discussed the operational plan of the programme, which will focus on a number of research priorities in the first year of the programme within the six priorities adopted.
They are Omani personalities, tales and legends related to places, industrial tools, history of Omani places, pre-Islamic history of Oman, dialects and languages.
