Qatar- QSE index drops 118.75 points

Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) main index dropped 118.75 points, or 1.29 percent, when the bourse closed trading at 9,069.34 points, yesterday.
The volume of shares traded decreased to 8.85 million from 9.79 million on Sunday and the value of shares increased QR220.98m from QR219.48m on Sunday. Out of 44 companies listed on QSE, shares of 35 saw trading yesterday. Of these, seven companies gained, 26 closed lower and two remained unchanged yesterday. Indices of six sectors ended in the red zone and one sector ended in green zone.
