Kuwait- Docus forged Man acquitted

(MENAFN- Arab Times) KUWAIT CITY, June 20: The Court of Appeals chaired by Judge Ali Mohammad Al-Re'a nullified the verdict of the Court of First Instance that sentenced a Kuwaiti man to 28 months in prison with hard labor over alleged falsification of official documents and stamps belonging to a Kuwaiti embassy.

The Appellate Court subsequently discharged and acquitted the suspect. The case file indicated the suspect conspired with an unknown person to falsify official documents, government treasury stamps and seal of a Kuwaiti embassy. He was found guilty by the lower court. Lawyer Talal Sabr Al-Enezi in his defense appealed the verdict, and managed to convince the court through oral presentation of the scenario in detail.
