Saudi Campaign launches new relief project for Syrian refugees in Lebanon

Amman, Ramadan 7, 1438, Jun 2, 2017, SPA -- The Saudi National Campaign, has launched through its office in Lebanon, a new relief project with the opening of a bakery oven in Akkar area in northern Lebanon to benefit the Syrian refugees.
The production capacity of the bakery oven reached 40,000 loaves of bread being distributed daily to widows and needy families. .
Director of the Office of the Saudi National Campaign in Lebanon, Waleed Al-Jalal, said that the project comes in response to the current difficult situation being experienced by the Syrian refugees in Lebanon, where the Saudi Campaign ensured full operating expenses and the provision of raw materials of flour, fuel and other in addition to the development of a comprehensive plan to distribute bread to those who need it.
On his part, the Regional Director of the Saudi National Campaign Dr. Bader bin Abdul Rahman Al-Samhan said that the Campaign seeks to meet all the basic and necessary requirements of the Syrian displaced and refugees.
