(MENAFN) Abu Dhabi Housing Authority proclaimed its plan to receive the two projects of Ain Al Fayda and Jebel Hafeet in the third and fourth quarters of this year.
Additionally, the Ain Al Fayda project is situated near Jebel Hafeet in Al Ain city, with a whole area of 3.7mn square meters, involving 2.000 villas.
Furthermore, the size of one residential unit in the project is 900 square meters, whereas the average building area of the residential units is 405 square meters.
The Jebel Hafeet project is located in the western basin of Jebel Hafeet, with an area of 4.5mn square meters, involving 3.000 villas.
