(MENAFN) The Kingdom Holding Co. (KHC) proclaimed the first stage of the 1-km high Jeddah Tower, ready to be the tallest building in the world by 2019.
Accordingly, the Jeddah Tower is going to be the tallest in the globe despite the latest announcement of Dubai in building the tallest tower in the world.
Moreover, the final height of the building would not be exposed even to project partners until six months before its finishing.
The project itself will set the world's sights on the kingdom and especially on Jeddah, while it would help make hundreds of jobs for Saudi youth and will enhance tourism in the kingdom.
