DUBAI, 11th May, 2017 (WAM) -- The 2nd annual Dubai International Conference on Infectious Diseases and Vaccination, supported by the Ministry of Health and Prevention, kicked off today in Dubai.
The three-day event will see various lectures and discussions from regional and international experts with a focus on preventive medicine between current practices and future vision, challenges in immunisation and immunisation practices, influenza vaccine recommendations and guidelines, and the role of infection control in reducing Healthcare Acquired Infections, HAI, among many others.
The congress is also supported by the European Society of Clinical Microbiology, Saudi Society of Clinical Microbiology and Infectious Diseases, Bahrain Medical Society, and the Infection Prevention Society.
