S. Korean industrial output up by 3.7% last month

(MENAFN) An estimate by an international ratings agency revealed that South Korea's industrial output is likely to increase by 3.7% on year in February.

Moreover, the estimate showed that the high global request for electronics is predicted to enhance the country's industrial production in the previous month.

The ratings agency further announced that "We expect industrial production to have expanded 3.7 percent y/y in February, up from January's 1.7 percent y/y gain."

On the other hand, the launch of modern Apple and Samsung devices in the coming period is supporting demand for components, which will likely outperform other regions.
