Egypt delivers two oil shipments from Saudi Aramco

(MENAFN) The Egyptian minister of petroleum and mineral proclaimed that Egypt has received two diesel shipments from Saudi Aramco.

Accordingly, an agreement with Saudi Aramco has been reached to resume oil shipments after suspending the agreement for several months.

Additionally, the Egyptian General Petroleum Corp. (EGPC) inked an USD23bn deal with Aramco to get 700.000 tons of refined petroleum products per month for five years.

Furthermore, Aramco explained that delaying the shipments was due to commercial circumstances in line with fluctuations seen in oil prices globally.
