King Salman Relief Center sends medical aid to combat cholera in Iraq

Baghdad, Jumada II 16, 1438, March 15, 2017, SPA -- In implementation of the order of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud to assist brothers in Iraq, a Saudi aircraft laden with more than 10 tons of medical supplies to combat cholera in Iraq arrived at Baghdad International Airport yesterday evening.
The delivery of aid was supervised by a team of specialists from King Salman Center for Relief and Humanitarian Aid in the presence of Consul at the Saudi Embassy in Baghdad Salah Al-Hatlani.
The medical aid came in response to the appeal of World Health Organization for combating the outbreak of cholera in Iraq.
